Gordal or “The Fat One”. A large, whole olive with firm, fleshy flesh and stone. With a little chili the fruit develops its full aroma.

    Add your own flavor:
    Make a brine from 7 tablespoons of sea salt to 1 liter of water. Refine with spices. Oregano, garlic, thyme, fennel and chili are particularly suitable.

    Or marinate the olives in olive oil and add garlic, chili peppers
    and add a bay leaf. Let everything sit for a few days. Delicious!
