For geographical reasons, very tasty, aromatic tomatoes grow in Portugal. The innovation team at Paladin worked for months on the idea of reinventing this ketchup. By selecting particularly aromatic tomato varieties and a spice mixture made from traditional Portuguese spices, a ketchup with an intense taste of ripe tomatoes was created.
At the Anuga food exhibition, Ketchup Portuguesa was recognized as one of the most innovative new foods in the "Taste 15" group among 61 products evaluated.
