The fresh pole beans, also known as filet beans, impress with their tender texture and delicate flavor. With a length of approx. 20–25 cm and a width of 1–2 cm, they are flat and contain small, soft bean seeds. A great advantage: They have no "strings", making them particularly easy and quick to prepare.
