Nice and hot with 51% piri-piri (chilli), fruit vinegar, salt, garlic, spices. Level of spiciness 4-5. A finely seasoned Portuguese classic with a good, fruity aroma.

    Always store chili products in a child-safe manner and keep them away from children when processing them.

    The best first aid (in our experience) if it happens:
    in case of eye contact:
    Contact an emergency doctor immediately, and under no circumstances wash it with water!

    For burning in the mouth and esophagus:
    Eat a piece of white bread or toast with as fatty cream cheese or yogurt as possible.
    Definitely no water, that would just spread the spiciness.
    Then you'd better have an ice-cold beer. The active ingredient in chili, capsaicin, is fat-soluble.
