The WW320 cashew kernels from Vietnam impress with their natural, pleasantly strong cashew flavor. Compared to other origins, these kernels are a shade darker and somewhat more intense in aroma.
The cashews are harvested when ripe and sun-dried. They are then treated with steam to crack the shell and subsequently dried gently at 38 °C. The cashew kernels remain raw and are not roasted.
The 320 grade is a classic cashew size and versatile in use – ideal for snacking on their own, for muesli and bowls, for baking, or for sweet and savory dishes.
