💡 Tip

Bind with agar:
Every liquid binds differently, so you have to experiment a bit. If you use water or vegetable broth, add about 1 teaspoon of agar agar to 500 ml of water to get a solid gelatine. For soup about 1/2 teaspoon per liter.
