This traditional black pork Chouriço represents authentic Portuguese craftsmanship. Made from carefully selected meat of free-range black pigs, it impresses with a harmonious seasoning of paprika, garlic, and selected spices. Gently matured, it develops an intense aroma and a pleasant smoky note. Perfect for grilling, as tapas, or sliced thinly on its own.

For this Chouriço, only the best meat is used, finely ground and enhanced with traditional Alentejo spices, then filled into natural casings. It is characterized by a lively, lingering aroma and an intense, slightly salty taste. The consistency is firm yet exceptionally tender – a 100% traditionally made product.

What makes it special: The animals are raised in a natural environment ("Campo") and feed on acorns and grasses, among other things. This results in particularly aromatic, finely marbled meat with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. In combination with traditional production and slow maturation, this results in a quality that is significantly superior to conventional sausages.
