Vanilla from controlled organic cultivation on the island of Madagascar is one of the vanilla varieties with the highest vanillin content and a very intense, harmonious aroma.
The ideal climate gives the best qualities.
Vanilla harmonizes very well with tropical spices such as cinnamon, cloves or chili.
The full vanilla aroma only develops when heated and is transferred particularly easily to fats and oils.
