Sun-dried tomato halves salted with sea salt. The tomatoes are gently dried in the sun (38°C) and harvested when fully ripe. so they retain a wonderful aroma. Dried tomatoes have many uses. Whether as a Mediterranean touch, in home-baked bread, in oil, as a snack or in delicious recipes for antipasti. Ingredients: dried tomatoes, sea salt 8%.

    Recipe:
    Dried tomatoes in oil:

    500g dried tomatoes
    200ml red wine vinegar
    300ml water
    2 sprigs of basil
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tsp capers
    olive oil

    Put tomatoes in a pot with water and vinegar, bring to the boil and then let sit for 2-3 hours.
    When the tomatoes are soft, drain the liquid
    Pat the tomatoes dry and layer them in a glass with the basil leaves, garlic slices and capers. Pour everything with olive oil and seal well.
    After 4-5 days the tomatoes are ready to enjoy. Try pickled ones
