The Brazil nuts are not treated and are suitable for raw food and vegan diets.
Since Brazil nuts are very susceptible to mold (aflatoxins), all nut kernels
examined for contamination under special UV lamps.
All batches are documented again by our importer
and examined for residues.
We store the individual lots in a vacuum,
and freshly packaged again for shipping.
