What is olive leaf tea good for?
One of the key ingredients in olive leaf tea is oleuropein, a polyphenolic compound that is responsible for its health properties.
Olive leaf tea tastes somewhat like green tea, slightly tart and bitter. You can take advantage of these bitter properties.

    Preparation of olive tea: Pour boiling water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of crushed olive leaves per cup. Cover and let steep for 10-15 minutes and then pour over a tea strainer.
