Gordal, or “The Thick One.” A large, whole olive with firm, fleshy flesh and stone. With a little chili the fruit develops its full aroma. Without brine.

Simply make your own brine. We recommend 7 tablespoons of sea salt per 1 liter of water. The olives should be stored in a sealable container covered with brine in the refrigerator.

What happened if the package showed small, white dots?
From experience we can say that this is the oil of olives.
If the olives are stored cold, the oil solidifies and becomes pasty and whitish.
But this disappears again when the olive oil is at room temperature.
