Packaging

Produced by a small farmers' cooperative in Peru.
Selected beans are harvested by hand. 100% pure cocoa powder, deoiled (11% fat). After cleaning the dried beans, they are peeled, and their seeds are extracted and fermented to reduce their initial bitterness. The beans are then roasted. The kernels are coarsely ground and pressed, the fat (cocoa butter) is separated and the pure cocoa powder is finely ground from the resulting dry paste.
A purely natural product without added sugar and other additives or preservatives.
The manufacturer guarantees that a temperature of 45°C will not be exceeded.

The fat content is between 10-15%.

    Resealable stand-up pouch, protected from light by kraft paper, with zip fastener and round bottom fold, aroma protection sealed.
    Material: Kraft paper50/AL7/CPP60
    specifically for food.
    If you cut off the sealing seam at the top (approx. 1 cm from the top edge) with scissors, the bag can be easily closed again in daily use thanks to its ZIP closure. The goods are well protected from the penetration of moisture and light. The bag stands through the round bottom fold.
    Minimum shelf life: according to the date stated on the packaging for an originally packaged, unopened packaging unit.

    Rezept:
    1 EL Kakaopulver
    2 TL Zucker
    180 ml Milch
    Zubereitung:
    Den Zucker und das Kakaopulver vermischen.
    von der Milch 2 El abnehmen und zu einem geschmeidigen Brei verrühren.
    Die Milch erhitzen, dann den Kakaobrei hineinrühren.
    Noch ein wenig weiter erhitzen, aber nicht kochen lassen.
    Fertig.
