Wild-growing pods, a variety of carob suitable for consumption. Untreated natural goods in raw food quality. Dried in the shade at below 40°C.
Use:
Wash the pods and, if they are too hard, place them in a damp cloth for a day or two before eating. They are then easy to chew.
The pods are not treated with any pesticides, neither when ripening on the tree nor after harvesting, and therefore require dry storage.
