    What does devil's dirt taste like?
    Asant, also called devil's dirt or asafoetida, is one of the most important spices in Indian cuisine. The Asant (Asa foeti) tastes very spicy, bitter and smells of garlic.

    Prepare a marinade.
    Mix the spice with a good olive oil and brush the meat with it.
