This fruit is called Buddha's hand because the shape resembles fingers. The whole fruit, which consists only of the peel, is eaten. There is no pulp with juice in this original fruit. The fruit is particularly aromatic and when consumed directly you have a refreshing citrus aroma. The fruit peel tastes sweeter and less bitter than that of the well-known lemon. Wonderfully aromatic in salads. The pieces also give an enriching taste when chopped into muesli or caramelized over pudding. Each fruit is unique and looks different.
