The Quadrato d'Asti Red pepper is a traditional, highly aromatic variety with a balanced sweet and spicy flavor. The large, elongated pods reach a weight of approximately 200 g and offer a high yield. During the medium to late ripening period, the color changes from rich dark green to a bright red. Ideal for outdoor cultivation in mild conditions, this variety is excellent for salads, stuffed peppers, or grilling. A delight for any kitchen and a highlight in the vegetable garden!
