Olival da Risca, "Mild Selection," Extra Virgin, Organic, made from traditional Portuguese olive varieties, adds a delicate touch to dishes without overpowering their flavors. Its taste is exceptionally harmonious.
Olival da Risca's olive oils are exclusively "extra virgin" – each a first-class organic olive oil. As untreated, natural products of the highest quality, these olive oils are carefully extracted from perfectly ripe olives. Immediately after harvest, the olives are first milled in the farm's own oil mill and then subjected to a gentle cold extraction. This process preserves all the valuable nutrients of the olives, resulting in outstanding olive oils with an intense green to golden yellow color, a fruity flavor, and a distinctive aroma.
