The fresh taste of Olival da Risca with basil, organic, comes from freshly harvested basil leaves from our own herb garden, which are processed together with the olives.
Olival da Risca's olive oils are exclusively "extra virgin" – each a first-class organic olive oil. As untreated, natural products of the highest quality, these olive oils are carefully extracted from perfectly ripe olives. Immediately after harvest, the olives are first milled in the farm's own oil mill and then subjected to a gentle cold extraction. This process preserves all the valuable nutrients of the olives, resulting in outstanding olive oils with an intense green to golden yellow color, a fruity flavor, and a distinctive aroma.
