After steaming and cracking, they are further dried at a low temperature of 38°C to preserve their natural freshness and mild, buttery flavor. These cashews are raw food quality and offer a delicate, pleasant flavor—ideal for on their own or as an ingredient in muesli, salads, and baked goods. A natural and healthy snack experience!
