The carefully curated selection combines typical Portuguese delicacies such as air-dried ham, traditional sausage specialties, and other finely balanced meat products – made according to original regional recipes.

The meat comes from Porco Preto Alentejano, a special breed of pig that is raised in the wild and primarily feeds on natural resources such as acorns (Montanheira). This natural diet gives the meat its unmistakable flavor and a fine, aromatic fat structure.

The products are processed using traditional methods, gently matured, and some are smoked over wood. This creates intense aromas, a tender texture, and a harmonious interplay of savory, mild, and slightly nutty flavors.

The Paio from the loin presents an appetizing reddish color with a pleasant, aromatically active scent. Its taste is lightly salted and long-lasting, while the texture is tender, fine, and not very fibrous.

The Painho also impresses with its reddish color and a mild, pleasant aroma with its own distinct character. Flavor-wise, it is soft, slightly smoky, and intense, accompanied by a particularly delicate and very soft consistency.

The Paio from the neck shows a typical reddish color and a characteristic aroma. Its taste is slightly salty and persistent, the texture soft, juicy, and tender.

The Presunto Varanegra is characterized by its marbled, ruby red and shiny appearance. It possesses a typical, distinct aroma as well as a rich and complex taste, accompanied by a fine, melting fat structure.

The Fuet completes the selection with its pink, white marbled appearance. Its scent is pleasant and aromatic, the taste intense and typical. The consistency is soft and tender.
