A balanced mix of different types of coffee. With Arabicas from Brazil and Guatemala and Robustas from Uganda. Slowly roasted using the drum method at approx. 194°C for approx. 20 minutes. The selected coffee beans produce an aromatic, barely oily coffee of exceptional quality. An intense, full-bodied coffee with notes of malt, chocolate and hazelnut.
