The cheese has a soft, creamy texture and a rich, mild flavor that comes from sheep's milk.
Its taste is slightly salty and delicately spicy, with a hint of nuttiness. Very pleasant in the mouth. This cheese is a delicate specialty and goes well with various dishes.
