Ingredients for the recipe:
Beetroot powder , 1 heaped teaspoon, optionally 2 teaspoons.
Maca powder , 1 heaped teaspoon
Orange juice approx. 300ml
Preparation:
Put beetroot powder and maca powder in a glass.
Juice the orange juice directly into the glass or pour it into the glass, stir well - done.
