These cocoa shells have a gentle, sweet taste, also suitable for making tea.
The cocoa shells are produced when the cocoa beans are peeled. The cocoa shells are cleaned and sieved and crushed.
The cocoa shells, a naturally dried product, are used as tea and have a gentle, sweet taste that is reminiscent of chocolate.

To make tea, add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of cold water and, after briefly bringing it to the boil, cover and let it steep for 15 minutes over a low heat.
Cocoa shell tea can be sweetened as desired.
Adding milk or cream makes it particularly tasty.
