A pepper of Italian origin with a square shape and a sweet taste. It has smooth, thick, crisp skin and can weigh up to 200g. When ripe, the green color turns into a very intense yellow. It is a compact plant that bears between 8 and 10 fruits, requires no pruning or support and is ideal for the garden or vegetable patch. In the kitchen it tastes particularly good grilled or stuffed.
