A special coffee with special cultivation. The coffee plants, some of which grow on steep slopes, have learned in recent decades to produce their valuable fruits without fertilizers and pesticides.
Timor is one of the smallest growing regions in the world. But also one of the poorest countries in Asia. The harvest is still done by hand today. A harmonious, exotic mixture of delicious fullness. Composed of one of the most famous coffees in the world from the Ermera area. Its full flavor, its soft acidity and its sweet chocolate notes will not leave anyone indifferent.
