The Cooperative Monção combines two top grapes, Alvarinho and Trajadura, to create a rich, sparkling Vinho Verde. Muralhas is a tart, fresh white wine with a crisp lime scent, refreshing minerality and with a very light sparkling, soft, dry, with herbal aromas on the palate, quite harmonious . Well chilled, sparkling, fruity, not too heavy - a perfect summer wine.
Grape varieties: Alvarinho 70%, Trajadura 30%.
Soil: predominantly granite soil.
