Beetroot powder is obtained gently, below 40 °C, without carriers and without additives in a special dry process from the juice of freshly harvested beetroot from controlled cultivation.
Beetroot contains flavonoids and vitamins A, C, B and folic acid. The minerals iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus and large amounts of iron. Beetroot is very well known for its ingredient betaine.
Beetroot powder is particularly good when combined with citrus drinks such as orange, lemon or grapefruit juice.

Easy and versatile to use in the kitchen:
Beetroot powder has a very strong coloring property and tastes wonderfully like beetroot and is beautifully sweet. It is often used to color dishes such as pasta, pasta, rice, spaetzle, pastries or ice cream and to enrich them with healthy nutrients.
1 teaspoon of powder is recommended for 1 kg of base mass.

    Resealable stand-up pouch, protected from light by kraft paper, with zip fastener and round bottom fold, aroma protection sealed.
    Material: Kraft paper50/AL7/CPP60
    specifically for food.
    If you cut off the sealing seam at the top (approx. 1 cm from the top edge) with scissors, the bag can be easily closed again in daily use thanks to its ZIP closure. The goods are well protected from the penetration of moisture and light. The bag stands through the round bottom fold.
    Minimum shelf life: according to the date stated on the packaging for an originally packaged, unopened packaging unit.
    Please use opened packaging quickly.
