These pistachio kernels are untreated and gently air-dried – without roasting or added salt. The light green, triangular kernels are still encased in their fine purple skin, which occasionally shows traces of the white fluff from the outer shell.
This all-natural pistachio product impresses with its mild, sweet almond aroma, which only fully develops through roasting – making the raw kernels perfect for raw food lovers or as a base for refining and further processing.
With a certain amount of broken pieces, they offer excellent value for money while maintaining the highest quality – free from additives and ideal for a healthy, conscious diet.
