This is an organic olive oil. The olive oil has a predominantly green and fruity flavor of medium intensity, with a hint of freshly cut grass.
On the palate, it is reminiscent of green almond bark and green twigs, ending with a background of dried fruits. Its bitter and spicy characteristics are slightly perceptible and have a medium intensity.

The olive oil goes well with red meat, spicy dishes and salads.
Ideal for refining dishes and enjoying with dark chocolate.

Since the 1960s, Oliveira da Serra has been offering the best of the country.
