The Arbequina olives used for this exclusive oil go into the oil press together with the bright yellow lemons. No flavor enhancers, chemical additives, preservatives or colorings. This means that the nutrients and vitamins of both ingredients are preserved.

    La Masrojana is a family business run by the Floch family. Specializing in the processing of olives, the company is one of the oldest in the region. The traditional processing method without the use of chemical products has been passed down from generation to generation and is continued today under the leadership of Julia Floch. Their motto: “We work very close to nature and do not use artificial substances or preservatives in favor of the product. The olives are harvested by hand between September and November and immediately processed fresh. The pleasant, mild, aromatic taste of the oil results from the very rapid processing after harvest. For the Floch family, only hand-picked olives are an option. Julia Floch selects the olive farmers and their olives according to strict quality criteria, because after all, the small, third-generation family business supplies goods to the best delicatessens in the world; the company could not afford poor quality.
