The wild mallow (Malva sylvestris), also known as the large poplar or celandine , has large pinkish-purple flowers with darker longitudinal stripes. The mallow leaves are edible and can be steamed or added raw to salad.
The petals can be added to tea blends.

    Preparation for tea:
