The recipe is unique, the taste is enveloping and ideal for unique and unforgettable moments: palavra d'Honra. In contrast to Licor Beirão, Beirão d'Honra should preferably be drunk in a balloon glass and neat - without ice.

The story: At the end of the 19th century, a traveling salesman selling port wine came to Lousã, fell in love with a pharmacist's daughter and after some time they finally got married. In addition to ordinary medicines, the pharmacy also sold “natural liqueurs” made according to old, secret formulas.
