The real globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa) is a species of plant from the foxtail family. He 's not just beautiful to look at. A pleasant, mild, neutral tea. The species has been in cultivation since 1714 at the latest.
Traditional use: dried flowers are brewed as tea, e.g. B. to clarify the voice of singers.
