Purely plant-based, vegan and raw food with the full aroma of Criollo cocoa.
Can be used in many ways in the kitchen, e.g. B for desserts, ice creams, or as a spread cream. Cocoa butter is a natural fat that is cold pressed from the cocoa bean at below 40°C. The consistency of couverture can be adjusted with cocoa butter. This allows e.g. B. Cover chocolates or cakes better.
Also ideal for protecting all sugar or marzipan decorations from moisture from e.g. B. to protect cream or buttercream. Simply add up to 15% cocoa butter.
Cocoa butter can be processed very well when warmed. Do not heat the cocoa butter above 70°C and do not process it below 30°C, otherwise lumps will form.
