The color of the pulp varies from pink to red. Our fruits ripen on the tree for up to a year or longer and are always fresh and harvested by hand. The fruits that ripen into summer often already have sunspots. However, the fruit inside is richer due to the long ripening period.

We are one of the few producers who actually own and work their own citrus plantation! From planting and caring for the trees, to harvesting the fruit, to shipping the fruit directly to your home.
What can you look forward to:
 You get freshly harvested, natural fruits. Depending on the variety, our citrus fruits ripen on the tree for up to over a year. If you order here in the shop today, the fruit will still be hanging on our trees. The fruits are only harvested for your order.

Noch mal ganz klar gesagt: unsere naturbelassenen Früchte die wir Ihnen senden, sind in der Regel nicht in diesem Reifegrad, ohne Ethylen-Begasung und ohne giftige Anti-Schimmelpilz-Tauchbäder zu bekommen. Und das aus gutem Grund:
Als Produzent verlieren wir einen nicht unerheblichen Teil unserer Produktion durch das späte Ernten. Den Transport wird die eine oder andere Frucht vielleicht nicht „schaffen“, und bei Ihnen wird auch die knappe Gradwanderung zwischen reifer Frucht und natürlichem Vergang sichtbar.
Der Geschmack allerdings überzeugt!
Sein Sie sich im Klaren. Sie bestellen Natur-Früchte, keine Industrieware. Wir bekämpfen nicht das natürliche Miteinander, dass in einem Ökosystem gegeben sein sollte. Bei uns werden Sie keine Monoplantage finden, sondern einen großen "Garten", im Einklang mit der Natur. Eine Oase für Mensch und Tier. Daher ist es wichtig, die Früchte gut, kühl (1-6°C Kühlschrank) und trocken zu lagern.
Sie werden die Liebe die wir in den Anbau unserer Früchte stecken, wirklich schmecken. ❤

Sehr lecker

Diese Grapefruits sind sehr lecker, man kann sie ohne Zucker essen. Und vor allem sind sie auch sehr saftig.
