The peel varies from light yellow to pink. The color of the seeds depends on the variety.
The easily removable seeds are eaten.
The seed coats are small and numerous.
Sweet in taste. Combine well in fruit salads, muesli, desserts, ice cream or lemonade. Pure, slowly cracking one seed coat after the other in your mouth, a pleasure.
Try juicing the fruit - this juice is really delicious.
