Red, aromatic, medium hot chili cut into fine threads.
This spice is a feast for the eyes as a decoration in the kitchen.
For salads, vegetable stir-fries or steaks.

Tip: form a few chili threads into a nest and fry it briefly in the pan.
The nest then becomes nice and crispy and the chili tastes great!

    Eat a piece of white bread or toast with as fatty Mascorpone cheese as possible, or any other fatty cheese, yogurt sweetened with sugar, milk sweetened with sugar. Definitely no water, that would just spread the spiciness. Then you'd better have an ice-cold beer. The active ingredient in chili, capsaicin, is fat-soluble.
