The Morcela from the black pig is a sophisticated interpretation of classic blood sausage. Filled in natural casing, refined with spices and a fine balance of savory and aromatic notes, it offers a particularly deep taste experience. The texture is soft yet structured – ideal for frying or as an ingredient in refined dishes.

Its special quality is due to the meat and blood of free-range Porco Preto pigs from extensive farming. The natural feeding and slow growth ensure a more intense, authentic aroma. In combination with traditional recipes, a Morcela is created that is significantly finer and more balanced than industrially produced varieties.
