Raw pistachio nuts, with skin, without shell. Unsalted, not roasted. Untreated, air-dried natural product in raw food quality. Free of additives.
Pistachios are light green, triangular kernels covered by a purple membrane. This membrane often still has a hint of the white fuzz that comes from the outer shell. Pistachios have a pleasantly sweet almond aroma, which only really develops after they have been roasted.
