The Deposit Customer Account is a credit account for registered customers of our online shop.
You deposit an amount of your choice as a security deposit into your Deposit Customer Account. This credit is then available for future orders and can be used directly in the shop.
This saves you the repeated transfer for individual orders and allows us to process your orders more quickly.
At the same time, the deposited funds help to establish new plantings and further develop existing crops.
Why we finance new plantings
Anyone who has ever planted a fruit tree knows that patience is required. Several years often pass between planting and the first harvest. During this time, ongoing costs for irrigation, maintenance, and infrastructure arise.
However, our goal is not only to produce food. We also want to create and preserve natural habitats.
Therefore, we ensure a balanced relationship between productive plantings and near-natural areas. These areas offer valuable habitats for insects, birds, and many other animals and contribute to a healthy ecological balance.
With your deposit credit, you support precisely this approach.
One-time bonus credit for deposits from €300
Even with a deposit of €300, we thank you with an immediately available bonus credit.
For every €100 deposited, you receive an additional €2.50 bonus credit.
Some examples:
- €300 deposit = €7.50 bonus credit
- €1,000 deposit = €25.00 bonus credit
- €2,000 deposit = €50.00 bonus credit
- €3,000 deposit = €75.00 bonus credit
The bonus credit is credited directly to your customer account and can be used immediately for future orders.
Cash payment of the bonus credit is not possible.
Additional benefits for larger balances
Customers who wish to keep larger amounts in their Deposit Customer Account for the long term receive additional appreciation.
For security deposits between €3,000 and a maximum of €9,900, we grant an additional bonus credit of 5% per year on the deposited balance.
The calculation is made quarterly based on the average balance available within the respective quarter. The calculated bonus credit is then automatically credited to your customer account.
Important to note: The bonus credit itself is not used again for calculation. The calculation is based exclusively on the actually deposited security amount.
This keeps the system transparent, traceable, and fair.
Full transparency for your balance
We want to make managing your balance as easy as possible.
You can view the current status of your Deposit Customer Account at any time in your customer account in the online shop.
Should you require a detailed history of your deposits, credits, or uses, we will gladly provide it to you upon request via email.
This way, you always keep track of your balance.
Repayment of your deposit
Of course, your deposited security deposit remains your property.
If you no longer wish to use your Deposit Customer Account, you can request the repayment of your deposited security deposit in writing at any time.
The payout will be made within up to three months.
Please note that only the deposited security amount can be repaid. Previously granted bonus credit is excluded from payout.
However, the bonus credit remains permanently in your customer account and can continue to be used for orders in our product range.
