Cassiae cinnamon sticks are obtained from the dried inner bark of the cinnamon tree. Thick branches of the tree are cut, the outer bark is removed, and the aromatic inner bark is carefully extracted and dried. The cinnamon sticks, approximately 8 cm long, are ideal for adding a natural, spicy cinnamon flavor to drinks and dishes. They are particularly suitable for refining beverages such as coffee, grog, punch, tea, sangria, and many others. Simply dip the stick into the drink and stir – the stick unfolds its full flavor and provides an aromatic experience.
