Olive Oils & Oils

A selection of the finest virgin olive oils, cold-pressed from the first pressing immediately after harvesting, directly from Portugal (Arbequina from Spain).
All olive oils in our range are mechanically cold-pressed (average 27°C), virgin extra virgin olive oils, also called "virgin oil".
From the first pressing, immediately after harvest. In Portuguese, "Azeite Virgin Extra", the best of the nine quality grades approved in the EU.
All olive oils come from selected olive growers in Portugal and La Masrojana in Spain.

Extra virgin olive oil and cold-pressed olive oils are well suited for gentle frying up to about 180°C, but not for high-heat frying at very high temperatures, as they will otherwise start to smoke.
Naturally cloudy, unfiltered olive oil should only be used at lower temperatures (up to about 130°C) because the fruit pieces burn quickly.
