Orangenfarm / Quinta-Shopping is the online shop of the Quinta dos Pássaros estate.
From the orange farm in Portugal directly to your home.
With German thoroughness and state-of-the-art technology, we have been growing the best natural fruits for you on our own Quinta dos Pássaros estate since 1993. You can taste the difference.
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available within the country (Portugal) and to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain.
Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores, Cape Verde, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Guyana.
Shipping to other countries not listed here, such as Switzerland (exception: border-near parcel collection points) and England is unfortunately not possible.
Shipping cost shares:
The following shipping cost shares, including VAT, will be charged per package up to 23kg volumetric weight for DHL's delivery service.
The required volumetric weight is displayed for each item in the shop, in the item description.
We cover the costs for our packaging, recycling fees, and temperature-controlled truck transport from Portugal to Germany.

Prices
You order directly in Portugal. The prices stated in the offers include the VAT of the delivery country you specify. (Usually this is your place of residence/country). The applicable shipping costs are not included in the sales price. Depending on the desired delivery country, the shipping costs will be displayed separately in the shopping cart and described under: shipping cost shares.
Published offer prices are valid as displayed in the shop for the item at the time of order. Â
Minimum order value
We process and ship orders with a minimum order value of
€30.00.
Delivery via DHL Germany
The next delivery date is always displayed at the very top of the homepage in the shop. Your order will be delivered on this date, provided payment is received in time.
The next delivery dates are:

06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, 20.05.2026, 27.05.2026
-> Depending on our delivery capacities, the order deadline is Thursday or Friday of the preceding week for the displayed delivery date.
Delivery week:
Delivery on the displayed delivery date for Germany. (On this date, the packages are with DHL for delivery and usually take +/- 1-3 days).
Delivery date for neighboring EU countries:
Delivery depends on the distance and the transport service provider in the respective destination country. Delivery usually takes between + 1-6 days.
Delivery date for Portugal and Spain:
After order confirmation, delivery takes place within 1-3 days.
The delivery date specified during the order is for overview and guidance, but it is not a fixed delivery date or a delivery guarantee for that date.
Orders with the payment method "advance payment" can only be processed on the stated delivery date if payment is received in our Caixa Agricola account by Thursday 3:00 PM of the order week, otherwise we can only ship the goods on the next delivery date.
After processing your order, you will automatically receive for your package:
- an automated link for the DHL tracking number.
There you can find all information regarding the delivery of your package.
Shipping conditions
As always, our shipping system is something special:
Since our fresh fruits are delivered without preservatives and should reach you as fresh as possible, we have created an elaborate shipping system.
Orders are collected,
invoices and shipping boxes are prepared.
Harvesting and packaging only takes place shortly before the truck departs.
After temperature-controlled truck transport from Portugal to Germany, your package is handed over to the shipping service provider DHL Germany.
The package will be delivered according to the terms and conditions of DHL, which you can view and print here: DHL General Terms and Conditions.
To be able to deliver to DHL in Germany, we need a German postal address, which is in Böblingen, from our friends: the Eisenmann family, and has nothing to do with fruit shipping.
Delivery address:
You have the option to specify any delivery address in the shopping cart/order process.
Please use an address that ensures someone can receive the package and that the recipient is informed.
Please check that your delivery address is correctly entered, not incorrect, and that the delivery location is marked with the recipient's name (name on the doorbell).
We assume no liability for damages caused by an incorrectly specified delivery address, missing recipient's name at the delivery location, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect the package, and we reject any claims for compensation.
1. Deliveries to parcel lockers are not possible. DHL's terms and conditions prohibit deliveries of fresh food to parcel lockers.
2. Special arrangements, such as delivery to a post office or parcel shop, garage agreement, delivery to a neighbor, etc., can only be arranged by you directly on site, or via the DHL website: Receive DHL parcels, directly with DHL.
3. Package returns will be charged to you as follows:
- Return: €16.98 per package, including costs for the disposal of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Re-shipment within DE: €15.00, if the package is still at the responsible post office.
4. Shipping conditions and disclaimer for packages containing fresh fruits or vegetables:
Fresh fruits and vegetables are harvested on your behalf; a right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.
There is no return path for these packages.
We assume no liability for damages caused by strike actions and/or official orders (force majeure).
We assume no liability for damages caused by weather conditions in the country of delivery.
Shipping packaging
We use particularly stable, specially manufactured cartons optimized for truck transport.
Depending on the order volume weight displayed in the shopping cart, the cartons have the following dimensions:
up to 8 kg H 20 x W 30 x L 40 cm
up to 14 kg H 19 x W 40 x L 60 cm
up to 18 kg H 25 x W 40 x L 60 cm
up to 23 kg H 30 x W 40 x L 60 cm
