With the Quinta Depot customer account, you directly support our new planting projects and simultaneously benefit from a convenient credit account for your purchases from us.
New plantings require several years to yield. Your credit helps us cultivate natural foods sustainably while preserving habitats for plants, animals, and insects.
We place great emphasis on a balanced ratio between fruit-bearing plantings and areas that are deliberately maintained close to nature.

How the Depot Customer Account works
- You are a registered customer in our online shop
- After consultation with us, you transfer the desired amount to our business account
- Please state "Depot-Kundenkonto" (Depot Customer Account) and your name as the payment reference
- We will credit the amount to your Depot Customer Account
- Your credit can then be used directly for orders
You can conveniently pay with your credit balance during the ordering process.
Bonus credit as a token of appreciation
One-time bonus credit for deposit payments of €300 or more
For deposit payments of at least €300 up to €2,999, you will receive a one-time bonus credit as a thank you, which will be immediately available in your customer account.
For every €100 deposited, you will receive an additional €2.50 in bonus credit.
Examples:
- Deposit €300 → additional €7.50 bonus credit
- Deposit €1,000 → additional €25 bonus credit
- Deposit €2,999 → additional €75 bonus credit
The bonus credit can be redeemed directly for future orders.
A cash payout of the bonus credit is not possible.
Quarterly bonus credit for larger credit amounts
For deposit payments between €3,000 and a maximum of €9,900, we grant a bonus credit of 5% p.a. on the deposited credit.
The calculation is made quarterly based on the average available credit in the respective quarter. The determined bonus credit is automatically credited to your customer account.
Bonus credit already credited will not be used again for the calculation.
The bonus credit can be flexibly redeemed for future orders.
A cash payout of the bonus credit is not possible.
Transparency & Availability
Your deposited credit is managed and recorded in our accounting as customer credit or security deposit for deliveries.
You can view your current credit balance at any time in your customer account.
A detailed history of transactions can be requested at any time and will be gladly sent to you via email.
A refund of the deposited security amount is possible at any time with written notification. The refund will be made within 1 to 3 months.
Bonus credit already credited is excluded from payout. The bonus credit remains permanently in the customer account and can only be used for orders from our product range.
