The Olival da risca, Virgin Extra, BIO, is a composition of the best olives from various traditional Portuguese olive varieties such as Galega, Grada de Serpa, Galega Vulgar, Verdeal de Serpa, Cordovil de Serpa, Carrasquenha, Mançanilha and Gamenha.
The harmony of fruity-spicy nuances, a very slight bitterness and a little spiciness in this distinctive olive oil lingers in the mouth for a long time.
The attractive, practical, and handy 3-liter container contains a plastic bag specially developed and approved for olive oil, with a drain tap. The desired amount of olive oil can be easily dispensed. The major advantage is that the oil in the container is protected from oxygen or light.
This results in a longer shelf life and the aromas of the oil are preserved for longer.
