For a limited time, this wine is in the premium quality category. A wonderful wine from the heart of the Alentejo region with good structure and a full-bodied flavor that lingers in the mouth. This wine impresses with its excellent and fantastic aromas. Its color is intense garnet red. Aged for at least eight months in oak barrels, the wine develops aromas of dried, spicy, fully ripe red fruits, hints of cocoa and vanilla, and a pleasant oak aroma.
Grapes: Shiraz/Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Aragonez.
An ideal accompaniment to grilled meat, poultry, and game. A well-aged cheese complements the excellent flavor.
Growing region: Alentejo.
Serving temperature: 17°C.
The Premium Signature wine differs from the Reserva wine in that it is of higher quality and often produced in smaller quantities.
