This wild lavender honey is produced in the mountains of inland Portugal. There, the bees find large expanses of wild rosemary and French lavender (Lavandula stoechas), embedded in an almost untouched fauna and flora, as there is virtually no human intervention in nature and thus no environmental pollution.
Awarded one star at the Great Taste Awards 2020.
