In the household:
for softening water, for example to make tea or coffee. As an addition to laundry.

It neutralizes odors:

Plant protection:
Sodium bicarbonate is a plant tonic. Dissolved in water, it strengthens the plants' resistance to powdery mildew, downy mildew and gray rot. Plant strengtheners strengthen the plants' resistance to pathogens and diseases. These substances are harmless to humans, their pets and the surrounding environment and are broken down within a short period of time without leaving any residue.

Sodium hydrogen carbonate is approved as a fungicide to combat powdery mildew in various horticultural crops, to combat apple scab, and for post-harvest treatment of fruits and vegetables against storage diseases.
Sodium bicarbonate is a special sodium salt of carbonic acid that is completely safe for people and the environment and can be used without any side effects.
